Naidkhai beat Kounsarya Cricket Club Bandipora by 9 runs in a nail biting finish

Pattan, July 19: In the ongoing 16th SNW Memorial Cricket Trophy-2019, Sajad shined with bat and ball as Shabir Shahnawaz Naidkhai defeated Kounsarya Cricket Club Bandipora by 9 runs in a nail biting finish.

Batting first, SS Naidkhai posted a descent total of 191 runs on the board for the loss seven wickets. For SS Naidkhai, Sajad remained the top scorer with 51 runs; Owais 33 and Maqsood played a firing knock of 34 of just 10 balls.

For KCC Bandipora, Nasir Lone and Hilal Ahmad clinch 3 wickets each.

In reply, KCC Bandipora played brilliantly throughout the innings but could not hold their nerves till the end and fell short of Just 9 runs.

For KCC Bandipora, Mudasir Lefty remained the top scorer with 48, Omais 37 while as, Shahid and Suhail contributed 23 runs each.

For SS Naidkhai, Shabir,Sajad & Aafaq clinch 2 wickets each. Latter, Sajad Ahmad of SS Naidkhai was declared as Man of the match for his brilliant all-round performance.
