Srinagar: Apni Party Vice President Zaffar Iqbal Manhas on Sunday expressed profound sorrow over the demise of Noor Bibi, sister of Former Law & RDD Minister Advocate Abdul Haque Khan who passed away on Friday at her native village in Dever-Lolab.

Issuing a condolence message here, Manhas described the departed soul as a pious lady endowed with the virtues of generosity and hospitality.
