CS, Administrative Secretaries bid adieu to R K Bhagat
SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 28: A simple but impressive function was organized at Civil Secretariat here to bid adieu to Raj Kumar Bhagat (IAS), Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Tribal Affairs Department on his attaining superannuation. Bhagat was also holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Cooperative Department.
Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam, Administrative Secretaries and senior officers participated in the function.
Chief Secretary and Administrative Colleagues lauded the contribution of the officer in services rendered by him in different capacities throughout his career.
