Srinagar: An elderly tourist from Mumbai died of a cardiac arrest in the tourist resort of Gulmarg on Wednesday late at night.
Reports said a tourist Bhavna Subodh Thakar (69), wife of Subodh Thakar, resident of Sareena Shanti Park, East Mumbai, died at Hotel Alpine Ridge Gulmarg, due to alleged cardiac arrest.
Her dead body was shifted to Police Hospital Srinagar for medico-legal formalities while inquest proceedings U/S 174 CrPC have been initiated.
