Anantnag, January 30: Dr. Shah Murtaza Mushtaq was recently conferred ‘Young Scientist Award’ during 7th Academic Brilliance Awards-19 held in Noida
He received the award for his outstanding contribution in the domains of ‘Forestry and Climate Change’.
It is worth to mention that Dr. Murtaza is a resident of District Anantnag who is presently working as Scientist-B at State Climate Change Centre- J&K, Department of Ecology, Environment & Remote Sensing.
The selection for this prestigious Award was made by the executive committee of the society on the basis of prescribed criteria and award is conditional the parameters like research papers as first author, reviews & articles published, books & chapters written as first author & edited including projects, seminars and talks of all sorts besides Radio/TV.
