Srinagar: To guide the youth towards a better future and enlighten them about the vast career possibilities, a Career Counselling Seminar was organised at Government High School, Izmarg by the Army.
A defense spokesman, in a statement said that the main objective of the seminar was to make the students aware about various competitive exams (NDA, CSE, Bank PO, IITs, MBA, MBBS and Army Recruitment) and also to brief them about the top schools, colleges and professional institutions for their better future selections.
This Counselling Seminar was organised specifically for the budding students of the deprived border environment so as to facilitate them in making a positive and firm approach in the changing job scenario and to focus on a career right for them. The Seminar was highly appreciated by the students and staff of the school and similar kind of informative sessions are being desired from the Army by the school staff in days to come, added the spokesman.
