Officials held detailed discussions on the proposed Parimpora–Dalgate Flyover, focusing on its alignment, project cost, likely impact on traffic movement and existing utilities. The meeting decided to constitute a committee of stakeholder departments to undertake a comprehensive assessment of the project and submit recommendations.

The meeting also reviewed the two-part Panthachowk–Pandrethan Flyover project and decided to proceed with its execution.

On the Panthachowk–Pandach section of the Srinagar Ring Road, the meeting decided to undertake a fresh study of the proposed alignments to reduce the impact on residential areas. Officials of the National Highways Authority of India were directed to carry out a comparative evaluation of the proposed alignments and recommend the most suitable option.

The proposed road connecting Ring Road Part-I with Airport Road via Sheikhpora also came up for discussion, particularly its potential impact on nearby Border Security Force security establishments. Garg directed Air Force and Border Security Force officials to hold joint consultations with the executing agency to explore a solution that addresses the concerns of all stakeholders while ensuring timely implementation of the project.
