Reviewing the status of the project, the Divisional Commissioner directed NBCC to complete the remaining works within the stipulated timeline. He also asked the agency to share details of households connected to the STP with the UEED to facilitate effective monitoring and coordination.

To ensure the accuracy of household connectivity data, Garg directed that a joint team of UEED and NBCC officials verify and consolidate all connections. He further instructed the concerned departments to install power transformers at both the inlet and outlet points of the STP to ensure an uninterrupted power supply and smooth functioning of the facility.

The Divisional Commissioner stressed the need for close coordination among all departments to ensure the timely completion, commissioning and efficient operation of the sewage treatment plant.
