The Mission Director sought detailed feedback from departments regarding infrastructure development, livelihood generation, essential services and socio-economic initiatives planned for Dardpora village, which has been identified under the Vibrant Villages Programme.

Addressing officers, Bali said the programme aims to ensure inclusive and sustainable development in remote border villages by improving infrastructure, public services and quality of life.

He stressed the need for better coordination among departments and called for timely implementation of developmental works. He also highlighted the importance of promoting renewable energy solutions such as solar energy and biogas projects to enhance self-reliance in remote areas.

Later, the Mission Director visited Dardpora village and held an interaction with local residents and officials.

Bali assured the residents that their concerns and developmental demands would be addressed under the programme with the aim of transforming Dardpora into a model village through coordinated interventions.
