Srinagar: Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, has announced scheduled shutdowns of two 33 KV lines, affecting power supply to several areas in Kulgam district on multiple days later this month.
According to the department, the shutdown of the 33 KV Wanpoh-Qazigund line will affect electricity supply to Qazigund, YK Pora, Nussu, Waltengoo, Chowgam and adjoining areas from 9 am to 3 pm on March 28 and March 30, 2026.
Similarly, the shutdown of the 33 KV Wanpoh-Qaimoh line will impact power supply to Qaimoh, Rampora, Matalhama and adjoining areas from 9 am to 3 pm on March 26 and March 28, 2026.
KPDCL said the shutdown is being observed in connection with scheduled works on the power infrastructure.
