The crux of this proposal lies in linking the provision of ration and domestic gas supply to the timely clearance of electricity bills, municipality garbage collection bills, and water supply bills each month. By establishing a seamless connection between these vital aspects of our daily lives, we can not only ensure the smooth running of essential services but also encourage a sense of responsibility among citizens.
The proposed system envisions a collaborative effort between the Jammu and Kashmir Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs (JKFCSCA), Jammu and Kashmir Power Development Corporation Limited (JKPDCL), Jammu and Kashmir Jal Shakti Department, Municipality and gas agencies. Each department will play a pivotal role in the efficient execution of this interconnected scheme.
To begin with, the JKPDCL will act as the backbone of the system, ensuring the timely and accurate billing of electricity consumption.
