Srinagar: A Police-Public meeting was held at Police Station Karan Nagar in which representatives of shopkeepers union, vehicle dealers and bike sellers union of Karan Nagar participated.
The meeting was chaired by SHO Police Station Karan Nagar.
A statement issued by police said that various issues were discussed in the meeting. The participants were assured that all the grievances pertaining to the police department will be resolved in shortest possible time.
The community members were requested to cooperate with the police in order to curb the social crimes and violations in the area. The community members have reciprocated warmly and assured of every possible assistance to police.
