Srinagar: The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has nominated Malik Muhammad Umer as additional spokesperson from Jammu province to assist the chief spokesperson at provincial level in matters related to the media.
This was disclosed by a party spokesman here today.
Umar is a youth leader from Kishtwar district of Chenab valley and is state General Secretary of the youth wing of the party.
