Congress condemns Chattergam firing incident

Srinagar: The J&K Pradesh Congress Committee has strongly condemned the killing of Ishfaq Ahmad, late last night at Chattergam Budgam, describing the loss of innocent lives as very unfortunate and painful.

In a statement issued, the JKPCC spokesperson has strongly condemned the firing incident at Chattergam Budgam, emphasizing that the confusion surrounding shooting incident needs to be cleared in the larger interests of public order, as such type of incidents would further vitiate the atmosphere in Valley.
