Chief Education Officer Kupwara Manzoor Ahmad Najar visited several assessment centres in the remote Machil area, where he interacted with learners and reviewed the arrangements.
The ULLAS initiative aims to equip non-literate adults with basic literacy and numeracy skills, enabling them to become more independent and participate actively in society.
The assessment is part of efforts to expand adult literacy and strengthen educational opportunities at the grassroots level.
