ACD reviews progress of RDD works in Baramulla

Baramulla: Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Baramulla, Mudasir Hussain Chaudhary, on Monday, chaired a review meeting at Dak Bungalow Baramulla to assess the progress and achievements of works being executed by the Rural Development Department (RDD) in the district.

The meeting was attended by engineers, support staff, and other officials from the Rural Engineering Wing (REW).

During the meeting, the ACD reviewed the status of various development works being executed under different schemes across the district and took stock of the financial and physical progress achieved so far.

He directed the engineers to expedite the pace of ongoing works and ensure 100 percent target achievement before the close of the financial year on March 31.

Chaudhary emphasized the need for timely completion of projects, proper utilisation of funds and close monitoring of works at the field level.

He also instructed the engineering staff to maintain quality standards while accelerating the execution of works so that the benefits of development initiatives reach people on time.
