The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony where winners received cash rewards, mementos and certificates. Refreshments were also provided to all participants.

In Ganderbal, a cycle race from Manigam to Sumbal Bridge was held under the Fit India banner. Despite challenging weather conditions, students and youth participated with passion, alongside J&K Police officers and personnel. The event was flagged off by DySP Hqrs Ganderbal Shri Owais Ahmad (JKPS) and DySP DAR Shri Nazir Ahmad, who lauded the participants for their commitment to fitness and discipline.

In Shopian, ASP Shopian Shri Rameez Rashid Bhat (JKPS) and DySP Hqrs Shri Imtiyaz Ahmad (JKPS) flagged off the race from DPL Shopian. A large number of students from different educational institutions participated with enthusiasm. In Awantipora, despite continuous rainfall, the cycle race—flagged off from DPL Awantipora and culminating at Y Junction Barsoo—saw enthusiastic participation from youth and students. Senior police officers distributed cash rewards to the top three winners during the closing ceremony.

Reaffirming its commitment to community engagement, J&K Police stated that such initiatives will continue in the future to ensure youth remain constructively engaged while promoting fitness, discipline and positive societal contributions. Participants were also encouraged to adopt cycling as a regular habit for maintaining both physical and mental well-being.
