Ganderbal: A 23-year-old man drowned in Nallah Sindh in Kangan area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Tuesday afternoon.
A police official said that the one Zakir Ahmed Thekrey drowned in the stream near Mammar area. Soon after the incident, police along with local volunteers started a rescue operation to retrieve the youth.
