Srinagar: J&K Yateem Foundation Chairman, Mohammad Ahsan Rather, has felicitated JKYF’s Senior Volunteer Javaid Ahmad Bhat aka Javaid Jawad, who is a government teacher by profession, for receiving ‘Best Teacher Award’ on Teachers’ Day.
Nine teachers received ‘Best Teacher Awards’ during Teachers’ Day function held on September 05 at SKICC Srinagar. LG Manoj Sinha presented medals and certificates among the awardees.
Javaid Jawad is one among four teachers from Kashmir Division who were also felicitated on the occasion.
Chairman JKYF lauded the commitment, dedication, honesty and perseverance Javaid Jawad as a teacher in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district since last two decades. “Javaid’s simultaneous contribution as dedicated and sincere volunteer of JKYF remains commendable with varied contribution since the inception of J&K Yateem Foundation.”
The JKYF functionaries and volunteers from all districts of J&K also congratulated Javaid Jawad for receiving recognition of creating enabling environment in the best interests of the students at his educational institution.
Javaid Ahmad Bhat is Head Master at Govt Middle School Onagam in Bandipora, having specialization in Mathematics.
