JK SJA organises oath ceremony for newly enrolled advocates

JAMMU, APRIL 03: Jammu and Kashmir State Judicial Academy today organized Oath ceremony for newly enrolled Advocates of Jammu province at J&K State Judicial Academy complex, Janipur.

Director, J&K State Judicial Academy, Abdul Rashid Malik, who conducted the proceedings, deliberated on the need for oath ceremony and lecture on professional ethics and conduct for the Advocates.

Chairman, J&K State Judicial Academy, Justice Alok Aradhe,   Member, J&K State Judicial Academy, Justice, Janak Raj Kotwal  and newly enrolled Advocates were present on the occasion.

Addressing the Advocates, Malik said this event will surely guide the young lawyers towards high constitutional values and service to the society as a Lawyer has a critical role in ensuring access to justice to the poor and marginalised sections of the society.

The Oath was administered by Justice Alok Aradhe, Chairman J&K State Judicial Academy in presence of Justice, Janak Raj Kotwal, Member, J&K State Judicial Academy followed by distribution of certificates among the newly enrolled Advocates.
