Srinagar: KAS officers Association has expressed gratitude to the Government for its decision to designate Talat Pervez Rohella, a KAS officer of 1999 batch, as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government.
Talat Pervez Rohella who is presently posted as Secretary Higher Education Department has been designated as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department vide Government Order no.646-JK(GAD) of 2020.dated.15.06.2020 issued by the General Administration Department on Monday.
