A job title or positions like a chair. A chair is very useful for us in many ways. It gives us a regular job and brings money to our home. This money keeps us safe and happy. But a chair also gives us power. This is the power of the seat. Because of this power the chair looks very attractive to us. Everyone wants to sit a big chair.

When we get a good chair we get positional power. If we use this power in a good way we can do many good things. We can change the behaviour of people for the better. We can bring big and good changes in our office in our school or college and in our whole society. People listen to us when we have the chair.

But many times our relationship with the chair becomes very bad. We start loving the chair too much. We get obsessed with it. We do not want to leave the chair. This big attachment brings many problems for us. Later this same chair becomes a big pain for us. We cry and we feel sad when we lose the chair.

Let us understand why a chair is so important in our daily life. When a young person starts working their main goal is to find a good chair. A chair means a good desk a good cabin and a high post.it means people will respect them. When you walk into a room and people stand up, it feels very nice.it makes us feel important.it makes us feel that we are doing something big in this world.

Financial security is the first big gift of the chair. Life is hard without money. We need money to buy food to pay house rent and to send our children to good schools. A job gives us this money every month. Knowing that money will come on the first day of every month gives us peace of mind. We do not have worry about tomorrow. The chair secures our present and our future. This is why everyone runs after a good job and a high position.

Next comes positional power. When you sit on a higher chair, you have the right to give orders. You can tell the people what to do. In an office a boss has a big chair. The boss says. “Do this work,” and the staff does it. This ability to move things and make things happen is called power. Power is like a magic wand. With one signature files move projects start and money is released. People respect you not because you are a good human being, but because of the chair you sitting on.

This power can be used to do great things. If a leader has a good heart they can use the chair to help the poor and the weak. In an office a good manager uses power to help young workers grow. They teach them new skills. They give them chances to shine.in a society a leader with a chair can build roads schools and hospitals. They can stop bad things from happening. When power is channelled well it brings happiness to everyone.it solves big problems. The office becomes a happy place. The society becomes better and stronger.

However, things do not always stay good. Most people forget that the chair is temporary.no one sits on the same chair forever.one day, you have to leave it. You will retire, or someone else will take your place. But we forget this simple truth. We start thinking that we are the chair and the chair is us. This is where the problem starts.

When we love the chair too much, it becomes an obsessive attachment. We start sleeping and waking up thinking about our position. We worry all the time that someone will take our chair away. We play dirty games to save our seat. We stop listening to good advice. We only want to hear people praise us. We start thinking that we are the most important person in the world. This is a very dangerous sickness of the mind.

When this obsession grows the chair turns into a pain. We stop enjoying our work. Every we feel fear. We fear losing our power. We fear that people will not respect us anymore. If someone junior gets a promotion we feel jealous and angry. Our peace of mind goes away. We get high blood pressure and heart problems because of too much stress. The very chair that brought us joy in the beginning now brings us tears and sorrow.

We must learn how to handle the chair properly. First we must remember that the chair is just a tool.it is a tool to serve people, not to rule over them. We are servants of the people, even if we are the biggest boss. Second, we must not let the power go to our head. We should stay humble. We should treat every person with respect, whether they sit on a big chair or no chair at all.

Third, we must be ready to leave the chair gracefully. When our time is up, we should stand up with a smile and hand over the chair to the next person. We should feel happy that we got a chance to do some good work. We should not cry for the position. Life is much bigger than a chair. There are many other things to love and enjoy in this world, like our family our friends and our simple hobbies.

In the end, a job title or a position is a gift. Use it bring smiles to people’s faces. Use it to make your office and your country proud. But never let the chair own you. You should own your work do your duty honestly and always keep your heart pure and free from the greed of power. This is the true secret of a happy and peaceful life.
