SRINAGAR: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday extended greetings to the people on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, which will be celebrated on September 14.

In his message, Sinha conveyed his best wishes to people and highlighted the spiritual significance of Lord Ganesha.
