SRINAGAR: Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Friday expressed grief over the demise of the mother of Rakesh Sharma, Deputy Secretary, who passed away on Friday.
In a condolence message, Dulloo conveyed his sympathies to Sharma and other members of the bereaved family.
He described the loss of a mother as a profound personal tragedy and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
The Chief Secretary also prayed for strength and courage for the family to bear the loss.
