SRINAGAR: Apni Party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Thursday visited Watal Kadal in Srinagar, where at least seven houses were damaged in a major fire incident the previous evening.
Accompanied by party leaders, Bukhari met the affected families and expressed solidarity with them in the aftermath of the incident.
According to a party statement, Bukhari urged the administration to provide immediate relief to the affected families and take necessary measures for their rehabilitation. He stressed the need for prompt action to ensure that those affected receive adequate assistance and support.
The party said those who accompanied Bukhari during the visit included District President Kupwara Raja Manzoor, Provincial Youth President Kashmir Jibran Dar and Joint Secretary District Srinagar Sumaira Ji, among others.
