Addressing the participants, Sharma highlighted the importance of mentorship, networking and strategic guidance in helping women-led startups grow and succeed. She also spoke about the expanding ecosystem of funding opportunities for innovative startups and encouraged women entrepreneurs to develop scalable and market-ready business ventures.

The session provided participants with insights into startup growth strategies, funding opportunities and building resilient business models. It also served as an interactive platform for women entrepreneurs to share their experiences, discuss challenges and seek expert guidance on strengthening their enterprises.

JKEDI said it will continue to organise such capacity-building programmes to promote innovation, encourage women entrepreneurship and strengthen the startup ecosystem in Jammu and Kashmir.
