JK Samadhan Portal temporarily unavailable due to system upgrade

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government’s JK Samadhan Portal has been temporarily taken offline as it undergoes a system upgrade aimed at improving performance and service delivery.

According to the Department of Public Grievances, the portal is being migrated to enhance its efficiency, resulting in a temporary suspension of services for a few days.

The department said the upgrade is intended to facilitate faster grievance redressal and provide a smoother user experience. It added that the portal will be restored shortly and will continue to operate on the existing web address.

The department appealed to citizens to bear with the temporary inconvenience and thanked them for their patience and cooperation.
