Srinagar: Several legislators on Saturday called on Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and apprised him of various developmental and constituency-specific issues.
According to an official statement, the legislators who met the Chief Minister at Raabita included Rameshwar Singh and Sajad Shaheen.
During the meetings, the MLAs raised issues related to infrastructure development, public services and other matters concerning their respective constituencies.
The Chief Minister assured the legislators that the issues raised would be examined on priority and addressed in a time-bound manner, the statement said.
Reaffirming his government’s commitment to equitable development and responsive governance, Abdullah said the concerns and aspirations of people from all regions of Jammu and Kashmir would continue to receive focused attention to ensure balanced and inclusive development.
