The Committee deliberated on two petitions, including one relating to the alleged non-compliance of a court order regarding the fixation of Junior Engineers (Electrical) and another concerning post-retirement recovery from a retired Assistant Plumber.

During the meeting, members held detailed discussions on both matters and sought comprehensive information and relevant records from the concerned departments.

The Committee directed the departments to furnish complete details and factual reports on the issues raised in the petitions for consideration at its next meeting.

Emphasising the importance of timely action, the Committee called for the prompt submission of the required information to facilitate effective examination and disposal of the petitions.
