Among the key demands projected by the public were the establishment of a polytechnic college, improved transport and rail connectivity, development of sports infrastructure, strengthening of legal and banking facilities, implementation of the Forest Rights Act and enhancement of essential public services in the area.

Participants also stressed the need for tourism infrastructure and measures aimed at boosting economic opportunities in the region.

Addressing the gathering, Khatana assured the public that all genuine demands and grievances would be taken up with the concerned authorities. He emphasised the importance of inclusive and people-centric development and directed officials to ensure timely redressal of public issues.

The MP also called for greater involvement of local youth in ongoing construction and developmental works to generate employment opportunities and improve livelihoods.

During the darbar, Khatana reviewed the status of various developmental projects and sought on-the-spot responses from departmental officers regarding issues raised by the public. Several grievances were resolved during the programme, while directions were issued for prompt action on the remaining matters.

Among those present were Sub-Divisional Magistrate Gool Imtiaz Ahmed, Tehsildar Gool Harjeet Singh, SDPO Gool Kuldeep Raj, Block Development Officer Gool Saddam Hussain, Chief Education Officer Ramban Shakeel Ahmed and officers from various departments.
