The leaders reviewed the recently concluded district-level training camps being conducted under the Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan 2026 and discussed strategies for the effective conduct of upcoming phases of the programme.

Addressing the meeting, Sat Sharma said the training initiative is aimed at strengthening the party’s organisational structure and equipping workers with ideological clarity, leadership skills and effective public outreach capabilities.

He said trained and committed party workers form the backbone of the Bharatiya Janata Party and play a crucial role in taking the party’s vision, policies and programmes to the grassroots level.

Sharma also reviewed preparations for a series of outreach programmes being organised from June 5 to June 21 as part of a nationwide campaign commemorating 12 years of the Narendra Modi-led government.

He said the campaign would include plantation drives, Swachh Bharat activities, Pragati Path Yatras, Viksit Bharat Sampark Sammelans, Jan Kalyan Shivirs, International Yoga Day celebrations, exhibitions showcasing the achievements of the Central government, workshops on natural farming and other public engagement programmes.

Calling for maximum public participation, Sharma urged senior party leaders to actively lead the programmes across Jammu and Kashmir and transform them into effective mass outreach initiatives.

He said the objective of the campaign is to connect with people from all sections of society and create awareness about the development and welfare initiatives undertaken by the Union Government over the past twelve years.

Speaking on the occasion, Ashok Koul highlighted the importance of continuous organisational training and grassroots engagement.

He said the Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan plays an important role in creating a disciplined, ideologically committed and service-oriented cadre capable of effectively addressing public concerns and strengthening the party at every level.

Koul called upon designated speakers and party functionaries to ensure the successful implementation of training camps and organisational programmes with dedication and commitment.
