Speaking at Rainawari, Tanvir said he had conducted extensive meetings across all halqas of the constituency to directly assess local issues and development priorities.

He urged residents to monitor the quality of developmental works and immediately report any irregularities.

The MLA said iconic calligraphic gates were under progress at several locations, including Bab-ul-Salam and Bab-ul-Noor at Hazratbal Shrine, Panjthan at Alamgiri Bazar, Bab-ul-Zahra at Gasiyar Chowk and Bab-ul-Sultan-ul-Arifeen at Rainawari Chowk.

Tanvir further said that major sports infrastructure projects at GHSS Shri Bhat, Soura and Boys School would be completed during the current year.

He also announced that the Public Health Engineering Centre at Zadibal was in its final stage and its foundation stone would be laid soon.

The NC leader said sports grounds at Lal Bazar, Mir Behri, Waris Khan, Botachawni and Anar Bagh would also be developed this year.

He added that community halls at Jogi Lanker and Bagwanpora were already under construction, while new halls would soon be initiated at Gulshan Bagh and Kokerbagh.

Tanvir also announced that the road from Moti Mohalla to Kani Kachi would be started shortly to improve connectivity in interior Dal areas.

Referring to the recently completed Karam Shah Bridge, he said the project had provided significant relief to residents of interior Dal and added that efforts were underway to secure approval for a tourist village at Mir Behri Dal.

The MLA said drainage works in Vicharnag and adjoining areas were being expedited, while road widening projects at Nowshera, Soura, Akmal Bridge, Devi Angan and Hawal were under process.

He thanked Omar Abdullah for continued support towards development of Srinagar and Zadibal.
