Addressing the gathering, Sagar underscored the government’s firm commitment to strengthening essential public services under the leadership of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. “The government led by Omar Abdullah remains steadfast in its resolve to prioritize the provision and expansion of basic civic amenities across Jammu and Kashmir. Education and healthcare constitute the cornerstone of our developmental vision, and sustained investments in institutions such as this are vital to creating enhanced opportunities and securing a brighter and more empowered future for our youth,” he said.

Highlighting the evolving developmental trajectory of the region, Sagar observed that the people of Jammu and Kashmir are determined to advance on the path of sustained progress after years of stagnation.“For nearly a decade, this region experienced a period marked by administrative inertia and misgovernance, which inevitably impeded the pace of development. Today, the people are resolute in their determination not to revert to that phase of stagnation and are unequivocally supportive of the renewed momentum for development and public welfare under the leadership of Omar Abdullah,” he added.

He further reiterated that the government would continue to accord priority to the upgradation of educational infrastructure and the improvement of civic amenities in order to effectively meet the aspirations and developmental needs of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
