Later, Ashok Koul also chaired a review meeting with OBC Morcha State office bearers and District Presidents at the BJP Office, Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar, along with Anwar Khan, Mudasir Wani, and Arif Raja. The meeting reviewed the functioning of the Morcha, its outreach initiatives, and strategies to further empower and connect with OBC communities across Jammu & Kashmir.

Addressing the meetings, Ashok Koul emphasised that the BJP remains a cadre-based party committed to inclusive development and strong organisational discipline. He said that party workers are the backbone of the BJP and must work with dedication, coordination, and clarity of purpose. He stressed the need to strengthen booth-level committees, ensure regular interaction with the public, and actively raise people’s issues at appropriate platforms. He reiterated that the BJP’s policies are centred on social justice, empowerment of marginalized sections, and holistic development of Jammu & Kashmir.

Ashok Koul further called upon party functionaries, especially Morcha leaders, to act as a bridge between the government, party, and the people, ensuring that welfare schemes reach the last person in the queue. He underlined that effective communication, disciplined organization, and people-centric politics are key to the BJP’s continued growth and public trust.

Speaking on the occasion, Anwar Khan said that the BJP leadership is continuously reviewing organisational work to make the party more responsive and effective at the grassroots level. He urged district teams and Morcha leaders to work in unison, maintain strong coordination, and uphold the party’s ideology while serving the people selflessly.
