Ashok Koul chairs GST reform program review meeting in Srinagar

Srinagar: J&K BJP General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul today chaired a GST reform review meeting at Church Lane, Srinagar.

The meeting was attended by J&K BJP General Secretary Anwar Khan; Secretaries Mudasir Wani and Arif Raja; Spokespersons Altaf Thakur, Sahil Bashir, and Manzoor Bhat; Co-Media Incharge Adv. Sajid Yousuf Shah; Co-Social Media Incharge Sajjad Raina; Co-IT Incharge Sartaj Majeed; All Cells Co-Incharge Bilal Parray; Salinder Singh, along with other senior party leaders.

Convenors and Co-Convenors of the GST Reform Program from all districts of the Kashmir Valley also participated in the meeting.

Addressing the gathering, Ashok Koul stressed the importance of reaching out to all sections of society, particularly trade bodies, businessmen, intellectuals, and other stakeholders, to brief them about the benefits of the new GST reform policy.

Speaking on the occasion, Anwar Khan said, “This GST reform is a blessing from Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the people of the country. It brings relief and ensures ease of doing business, as well as affordability in purchasing goods and services.”

Mudasir Wani stated that the BJP will celebrate the GST reforms by directly engaging with trade unions, shopkeepers, and beneficiaries of the reforms to highlight their positive impact.
