Srinagar: Police in Kulgam have arrested a drug peddler and recovered contraband substance from his possession, an official handout informed Thursday.
It said one Fayaz Ahmad Itoo, son of Abdul Gani Itoo of Chowgam was arrested at Puranigam Crossing after 4.3 kg of grinded cannabis was recovered from his possession. A case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Qazigund for investigation, police said.
