Kulgam: Three persons were injured and as many residential houses damaged in an incident of fire in Nowbugh area of Kund in Kulgam district on Tuesday.
An official said that the fire affected the homes of Mohammad Rafiq Naikoo, Mohammad Akram Naikoo, Showkat Ahmad Sheikh, and Gull Mohammad Sheikh, causing damage to the roofs, ceilings, windows, and doors.
Thanks to the quick efforts of firefighters and local residents, the fire was brought under control before it could spread to nearby areas.
The official also reported that three people were injured in the incident. The cause of the fire is still being investigated. (KINS)
