ADGP CID J&K inaugurates public grievance cell in Jammu

Jammu: In a continued effort to address public grievances related to passport services, service verifications, and other allied matters, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) CID, J&K, Nitish Kumar, IPS, inaugurated a Public Grievance Cell at Canal Road, Jammu, today.

The initiative aims to streamline the grievance redressal process, providing the public with a dedicated platform to raise concerns. Citizens can visit the Public Grievance Cell every Thursday from 12 noon onwards. For convenience, prior appointments can be registered daily between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. through the following contact details:

The newly launched grievance cell in Jammu follows the success of a similar facility inaugurated on October 28, 2024, at CID Headquarters near Government Arts Emporium in Srinagar. The Srinagar cell has reportedly received an overwhelming response from the public, indicating its effectiveness and necessity.
