Srinagar: Speaker A R Rather dared BJP MLAs to move a vote of no confidence against him as he adjourned the House till 10 am tomorrow.
As the BJP MLAs continued protesting against government resolution and shouted slogans against Speaker, he asked them to bring a no confidence motion against him.
Amid sloganeering the Speaker adjourned the Hiuse till tomorrow.
