Srinagar: Leader of Opposition and senior BJP leader Sunil Sharma called the resolution illegal and raised fingers at the integrity of LA Speaker.
“They cleverly moved the resolution through the government. Reports suggest that the Speaker, last evening, sat with the government to draft it” Sharma alleged. He said business presented to us was completely different.
“This resolution is illegal and unconstitutional; it holds no validity, as this assembly is not above Parliament or the Supreme Court. The government has trampled upon the Constitution,” he added.
