ANANTNAG: Principal Secretary Higher Education, Alok Kumar, inaugurated a new Access Control System during his visit to Government Degree College for Women Anantnag.

During the visit, Alok Kumar also participated in a tree plantation drive under the banner of “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam.”

On the occasion, he also reviewed the college’s facilities and infrastructure.

Expressing his satisfaction with the college’s progress, Principal Secretary praised the administration’s efforts in enhancing accessibility and affordability for students.

He engaged with students, faculty, and support staff, commending the NCC cadets for their impressive guard of honor and providing valuable advice to the teaching faculty.

His recommendations included fostering dedication and sincerity in teaching and contributing to society with a sense of missionary zeal.

Alok Kumar emphasized the importance of utilizing the college’s infrastructure and human resources to maximize benefits for students.

During his visit, he was accompanied by Tassaduq Hussain, Director School Education Kashmir and Rakesh Magotra, Mission Director SAMAGRAH Shiksha.

Prof. (Dr.) Masood Ahmad Malik, Principal of the college, extended gratitude to Alok Kumar for his visit amidst his busy schedule and assured that the college will continue to strive for excellence.
