Srinagar: Police in Pulwama have arrested an absconder who was evading arrest for the last 34 years, a police spokesperson informed Tuesday.
He said one Mushtaq Ahmad Wagay, son of Mohammad Siddique Wagay of Banderpora, at present Khonmoh, who was evading arrest for decades in case FIR number 179/1990 under section 307, 325 RPC of Police Station Pulwama, was arrested by a special police team of Police Station Kakapora and was produced before the court of law, police said.
