Light rains, snow likely over higher reaches on Nov 2 and 3
Srinagar: The Meteorological department has predicted cloudy weather with a possibility of light rains and snow over isolated or scattered higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir on the 2nd and 3rd of November.
In a daily bulletin, it said that the weather is likely to remain dry from 4th to 6th November.
