Art Educator of the school, Rafi conducted activities fostering the creativity of students through poster-making, comic strip creation, and slogan writing which helped showcase the artistic talents of the students and also conveyed important messages about the issue.

Group discussions were held where students shared insights and experiences related to mental health. These discussions encouraged open dialogue and the exchange of ideas, helping reduce the stigma around mental health issues.

Besides storytelling sessions, expressive speech sessions were also conducted, which provided a platform for students to raise awareness about mental health in a public speaking format.

Maninder Anand, PET, led sessions on meditation techniques, Jyoti Katna, CCA Incharge, focused on nurturing a healthy mindset and Rishabh Pandey directed a captivating skit centred around the theme of mental health.

KV No.1 Srinagar encourages other educational institutions and organizations to join in the vital cause of mental health awareness and support. Together, we can work towards a society where mental well-being is a top priority, he added.
