Srinagar: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, on Monday, urged the administration to ensure necessary arrangements and essential facilities for the public on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Adha.
In a statement, he emphasized that the concerned departments must be well-prepared to ensure an abundant supply of essential commodities and deliver all necessary services to the people in anticipation of Eid.
“The concerned departments and officials should remain vigilant and ensure that people have easy access to all necessary services and an adequate supply of essential commodities, including meat, fish, poultry, dairy products, fresh bakery items, rice, LPG, and other essentials, without any inconvenience or obstacles,” he said.
Additionally, he called for an intensified market inspection across Jammu and Kashmir to effectively monitor and curb black market activities.
