G20 Presidency- impact on India’s global leadership

The G20 presidency rotates among its member countries and provides an opportunity for the host country to showcase its leadership and vision on global economic and financial issues.

India’s assumption of the presidency of the G20 in 2022 provides the country with a unique opportunity to enhance its global leadership and influence. As the host country, India will have the opportunity to showcase its vision and leadership on these issues and to demonstrate its commitment to the global community.

India has been an active participant in the G20 since its inception and has made significant contributions to the discussions and decisions of the forum.
