Pr Secy I&C chairs 2nd, 3rd AGM of JKTPO for 2020, 2021 FYs

JAMMU: Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce (I&C), Prashant Goyal, today chaired the 2nd and 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Jammu and Kashmir Trade Promotion Organization (JKTPO) for the financial year ended 31st March 2020 and 2021 respectively here.

General Manager, India Trade Promotion Organization, S R Sahoo, Executive Director, Export Promotion Council of Handicrafts, R K Verma and Pawan on behalf of the Carpet Export Promotion Council (CEPC) being shareholders of the company attended the meeting online besides Directors of the company also participated.

Managing Director, JKTPO, Khalid Jahangir, presented 2nd and 3rd annual reports for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020 and 2021 including the Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020 and 2021 of the company before the shareholders for adoption. The 2nd and 3rd Annual Reports for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020 and 2021 were unanimously adopted by the shareholders of the company.

In addition, Principal Secretary also directed the JKTPO to work on the revenue model of the organization besides exerting on the proposal of establishing a Trade Centre in Jammu and Kashmir in consultation with the Stakeholders of JKTPO viz. ITPO, EPCH, and CEPC.
