Infotel-2022 award function held at Tagore Hall in Srinagar

Srinagar: People from a cross-section of society, who worked with dedication and honesty in their respective domains were conferred Infotel-2022 awards in a grand award ceremony organized by Kashmir Cultural Society and Kashmir Tehalka News Group at Tagore hall in Srinagar on Sunday.

Valley’s renowned radio and television artists, singers, civil administration, teachers, health experts, doctors, and journalists were awarded Infotel awards 2022 for their dedication and contribution towards society.

The chief guest on the occasion was Dr Saleem ur Rehman, Director General Family Welfare & Director Health Services Jammu. Ghulam Jeelani Zargar, Managing Director Cable Corporation J&K and Chief Executive Officer Gulmarg Authority, besides a young KAS officer Sakib Murtaza who serves as Tehsildar Pattan were the guest of honor. 

The occasion was started with a welcome note from Danish Abdullah, followed by an Islamic Naat e Shareef by a young kid Mohammad Adnan Bhat, besides cultural artists of the Yamberzal Cultural Group presented a variety of Kashmir folk programmes including Rouff which enthralled the participants.

The occasion was hosted/anchored by a renowned broadcaster Zahoor Raggi.

“The sole aim of organizing this award ceremony was to encourage and acknowledge the dedicated personalities, artists, teachers, and media persons who have contributed towards the betterment of society as a whole in their respective fields,” said Editor in Chief Kashmir Tehalka News Group and Manger Infotel Telephone and Information Directory Mohammed Latief Bhat.
