Srinagar: The Ministry of Home Affairs on Tuesday accepted the resignation tendered by Farooq Ahmad Khan as Advisor to J&K Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha.
“This is to inform that your resignation from the post of Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir has been accepted by the competent authority with immediate effect,” news agency KNO quoted a letter by the MHA saying.
Khan resigned as advisor to LG Sinha on Sunday.
