Srinagar: Several deputations and individuals today called on Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Baseer Ahmad Khan at Civil Secretariat here and apprised him of their issues and demands.
A delegation of people from Rose Lane Gulab Bagh Srinagar met the Advisor and raised various issues of public importance. They demanded soling and macadamization of roads in their area.
Similarly, another delegation also raised the up-gradation of public utilities in their locality.
Likewise, other deputations and individuals from Srinagar and other areas raised several issues related to Industries, PDD, Panchayat Raj, Rural Development Tourism, Floriculture and sought their early redressal.
The Advisor assured them that all of their genuine issues would be taken up with the concerned departments for their time-bound redressal.
In some cases, Advisor also gave on spot instructions to the concerned officers for redressal of the grievances.
